This policy covers the following DentView services:

• MyDentView (home app)

• DentView Kiosk app

• DentViewWeb

• DentView AI Clinic

• DentViewPro & DentViewData (web portal for professionals)

2. What Data Do We Collect?

A. End users (all DentView apps: device, kiosk, home)

• Usage-derived data (sessions, progress, video type, session length, app rating, diploma achievement)

• 3D view annotations and model data (stored on server)

• UI state (cookies/browser storage)

• Feedback form details (name, email, message — optional)

• App settings (language, age group, feature settings)

B. Clinics & professionals (DentViewPro/Data)

• Registration data: name, email, phone, organisation, role/profession, username, access rights

• Portal usage & audit logs (logins, configuration changes, access rights)

• Organisation-specific settings (forms, guidance, language, risk thresholds)

• Technical logs (timestamps, errors, IP/browser version)

• Website forms (contact requests, support messages)

We do not use data for personal profiling.

3. How Will We Use Your Data?

• To generate anonymised/pseudonymised statistics

• To monitor and protect websites and services

• For security, abuse prevention, and auditing (professional portal)

• Third-country transfers: none regularly; if necessary, EU SCCs or equivalent safeguards used

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, legal obligations, or technical reasons. Users may request deletion unless retention is required by law or contract.
